Alicia Gomez Hidalgo
She graduated jointly in Law and Business Administration and Management from the University of Murcia, and, before completing her degree, she received a job offer at Garrigues Walker, where she worked in the procedural area (civil and commercial) for 6 years, at which time she began her professional career as a freelancer, offering, mainly to companies, ongoing advice in her professional specialty (Commercial and Civil in its entirety, from advice to defense in court, with extensive experience in bankruptcy matters).
Managing his own office allowed him to approach consulting from a more personal, closer and, professionally, more specialized area, carrying out real interventions with his clients, integrating himself transversally into the different work teams and departments, and taking part in certain decision-making, including his incorporation into the boards of directors.
His professional experience over the last few years has allowed him not only to provide his clients with legal optimisation and better control of their company, but also to turn them into perfect candidates for the entry of investment funds, essential in the absence of generational change, and decisive for those companies that aspire to exponential growth.
Her professional career as an entrepreneur, which began in 2015, has run parallel to her motherhood, making her a firm advocate of conciliation and flexibility, which necessarily involves optimization, and which, in essence, is what she applies and implements with her clients.

She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Murcia and a degree in Law from the Isabel I University of Castilla. She has 14 years of experience in the practice of Tax Law at Garrigues, a firm she joined in January 2010. She will begin her professional career as a freelancer in 2024, offering quality services to clients of various types and sectors of activity, through personal and direct treatment.
He has extensive experience and technical training in matters related to tax planning for individuals and legal entities, tax optimization, advice on restructuring operations and company purchase and sale operations, tax groups, taxation of family businesses, inheritance processes (inheritances and donations), international taxation and tax procedures.
He regularly advises on tax matters in various areas, including: taxation of individuals, companies and groups of companies; indirect taxation of all types of business transactions; regional and local taxation; as well as advice on tax management and inspection procedures, disciplinary proceedings, claims and appeals before administrative and jurisdictional bodies in the tax field.
